Emergency Medical Technician Refresher -
State of Florida

In this online class the EMT participant will perform a comprehensive review of all the functions of the basic EMT. This online EMT refresher program is intended for  any individual who is Florida EMT certified and is in need of a refresher course to renew their EMT certification through the State of Florida. This course is 100% online and will cover all the topics detailed in the 32 hours refresher. The student must complete all the required coursework and quizzes online. Once the coursework is completed they will come to the school and watch the HIV/AIDS video along with the updates.

• Oxygen skills, suction skills and basic procedures and application of oxygen

• Application of the AED device for seated patients who need spinal immobilization
